Over the June/July School Holiday Derek, Kieren and Wolfy were on the Road traveling along the coastline from Maroochydore to Townsville (1,250 km) and back. The purpose of our trip was to get to every skatepark between Gladstone and Townsville...cleaning the parks, praying over them evangelizing and giving out Bibles to skaters. The trip took around a week, visiting 20 skate parks and handing out 44 bibles. We all returned home pretty beat and tired from skating everyday and sleeping in a tent. The trip went pretty smoothly overall, despite a couple stitches, and some good bruising. Our trip was also accompanied by the ever delightful presence of a megaphone.
